Resumo:This study evaluated the access of pregnant women to dental care in oral health teams in the Federal District through the analysis of dental consultation indicators. The study was conducted based on the extraction of secondary data from national health information systems. Using the e-SUS reports from the Health Department of the Federal District for the year 2019, all seven regions of the Federal District were adopted as units of analysis, namely Central, South-Central, East, North, West, Southwest, and South. Data collection was carried out from March to July 2019. The data was then collected and exported to Microsoft Excel 2007 (Microsoft Corp., United States of America), grouped according to the dental care subgroups to be analyzed, and presented in absolute and relative frequencies. For the analysis of the time series evolution of the indicators, simple linear regression analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software, with statistical significance evaluated based on the F-test result of the analysis of variance, considered at a 5% level. ANOVA and Tukey's test were performed with a significance level of 5% using the Statistica 2010 program. The results indicate that access to dental care is not equally distributed, and there are differences among the regions of the Federal District regarding the quantity of dental care for pregnant women, which is highly diverse. Therefore, this study highlights the need for the qualification of public policies through further studies, new actions, and the development of public measures that provide better access to these population groups.                                                                   Keywords: Primary Health Care.
