Reflective Thematic Content Analysis and the theoretical framework of therapeutic itineraries were used. Results: The search for care and access to health services has led to the emergence of therapeutic itineraries to maintain immunological protection; adoption of body care; access to psychosocial care devices; strategies to address social vulnerabilities in health; construction of paths to promote wellbeing and spirituality. There was also a worsening of economic and health conditions due to situations of transphobia, interruption of continuity of care, unemployment, lack of access to formal employment and government emergency aid, often caused by the absence of personal documents. Conclusion: The therapeutic itineraries experienced in the search for health care reveal the journey faced to access health services, in the face of obstacles that compromise psychosocial and spiritual well-being and the maintenance of a dignified, safe, and protected life.Objetivo: Analisar a busca por cuidado e o acesso a serviços de saúde por homens transgêneros e pessoas transmasculinas residentes no Brasil durante a pandemia da COVID-19 entre os anos de 2022 e 2023. Métodos: Estudo qualitativo, socioantropológico, realizado com 159 participantes residentes no Brasil. Utilizou-se Análise de Conteúdo Temático-Reflexiva e o referencial teórico de itinerários terapêuticos. Resultados: A busca por cuidados e acesso à saúde fez emergir itinerários terapêuticos de busca por hormonização, imunização, realização de atividade física, acesso aos dispositivos de atenção psicossocial e construção de caminhos para a promoção do bem-estar e da espiritualidade. Houve, também, um agravamento das condições econômicas e de saúde devido às situações de transfobia, interrupção da continuidade do cuidado, ao desemprego, à falta de acesso ao emprego formal e ao auxílio emergencial governamental, muitas vezes causado pela ausência de documentos pessoais. Conclusão: Os itinerários terapêuticos vivenciados na busca por cuidados de saúde revelam a jornada enfrentada para acessar os serviços de saúde diante dos obstáculos comprometedores do bemestar psicossocial e espiritual e a manutenção da vida digna, segura e protegida.Universidade de São Paulo.
