description This text is the result of an interview with professor Feibriss Henrique Meneghelli Casillas, from the Federal University of Bahia, and aims to understand her trajectory and map strategies of resistance that allowed her to enter the university space as a professor, breaking systems of colonial oppression. The interview was carried out using a semi-structured script, based on the theoretical-methodological perspective of intersectionality. From this dialogue, we reflected on issues such as: challenges in being a black and trans professor at the university; strategies for confronting structural racism from teaching; importance of aquilombamento as a political strategy for strengthening black intellectuals in academia; reconstruction of a democracy in Brazilian society through the rupture with the cis-heteropatriarchal white supremacy that underpins the construction of modern science. Therefore, the meeting with Feibriss brings to light the understanding and strength of her trajectory as a trans female, black person and university professor, in order to help other black people, who intend to follow the academic path. Finally, the interview also aims to contribute to the area of ​​gender, sexuality, race and ethnicity studies.

La entrevista se realizó mediante un guión semiestructurado, basado en la perspectiva teórico-metodológica de la interseccionalidad. A partir de este diálogo reflexionamos sobre temas como: desafíos de ser profesor negro y trans en la universidad; estrategias para enfrentar el racismo estructural desde la docencia; importancia del aquilombamento como estrategia política para fortalecer a los intelectuales negros en el mundo académico; reconstrucción de una democracia en la sociedad brasileña a través de la ruptura con la supremacía blanca cis-heteropatriarcal que sustenta la construcción de la ciencia moderna. Por lo tanto, el encuentro con Feibriss saca a la luz la comprensión y la fuerza de su trayectoria como transfemenina, negra y profesora universitaria, para ayudar a otras personas negras que pretenden seguir el camino académico. Finalmente, la entrevista también pretende contribuir al área de estudios de género, sexualidad, raza y etnia.Este texto é resultado da entrevista com a professora Feibriss Henrique Meneghelli Casillas, da Universidade Federal da Bahia, e tem como objetivo compreender sua trajetória e mapear estratégias de resistência que permitiram adentrar o espaço da universidade enquanto docente, rompendo os sistemas de opressão colonial. A entrevista foi feita com um roteiro semiestruturado, tendo por base a perspectiva teórico-metodológica da interseccionalidade. A partir desse diálogo, refletiu-se acerca de questões como: desafios em ser professora negra e trans na universidade; estratégias de enfrentamento ao racismo estrutural a partir da docência; importância do aquilombamento enquanto estratégia política de fortalecimento de intelectuais negras na academia; reconstrução de uma democracia na sociedade brasileira por meio da ruptura com a supremacia branca cis-heteropatriarcal que embasa a construção da ciência moderna.
