Descripción
Sumario:Invasive alien species are one of the greatest threats to Brazilian biodiversity nowadays and the knowledge of how they function in nature helps to combat it through the actions present in the national action plans, which represents an important participatory tool for conservation of Brazilian fauna and flora, as it is elaborated and implemented with society. Through an analysis of invasive alien species in the Official List of Endangered Species of Brazilian Fauna and in the actions of the plans it was possible to identify that 186 (16%) of the threatened species has invasive alienspecies as a threat, and in 35 Plans Actions there are 158 actions involving invasive alien species, involving 35 action plans, of which 43% do not have good implementation. With this diagnosis, we propose suggestions to strengthen the fight against biological invasios, such as improving the information quality on invasive alien species in the process of extinction risk assessment of fauna, greater integration between actions and national action plans, greater involvement of local institutions and greater within and among institutions articulation. Especies exóticas invasoras en los planes de acción nacional para la conservación de las especies amenazadas de extinción.
