Resumo:There is a need for more ecologically friendly projects and the application of materials with lower environmental impact in this regard, being then a technically feasible candidate, the self-compacting soil-cement incorporated with chemical additive and synthetic fibers (SCAAF). Thus, a study was conducted to predict the dosage of mixtures composed of soil, cement, polypropylene microfibers, superplasticizer additive and water, which can be applied without the need for mechanical densification to form monolithic earth pieces. The results showed that SCAAF mixtures with 1:5 ratio (cement:soil, by mass); the superplasticizer content between 0.8% and 1.2%; the water/soil factor between 31.00% and 34.75% and the addition of fibers between 0.06% and 0.10% is a viable alternative under the aspects of use of low embodied energy material, good mechanical performance and potential application in diversity of forms due to its self-compacting capacity.
