Resumo:The alimentary upheavals directly are related to the high index of overweight, obesity and comorbidities associates. Practical the indiscriminate one of diets due to constant concern with the beauty standard becomes the development of alimentary Upheavals each more common time. Amongst the alimentary Upheavals the Upheaval of Binge eating disorder is distinguished that it is a type of common upheaval very in people with overweight and obesity, characterized for the extreme consumption of changeable amount of foods in a short space of time. The objective of this work is to evaluate through a evaluate through a bibliographical research the treatment of the alimentary compulsion and its relation with the obesity. In the analysis of studies, the observed upheavals more had been in students, sample for the most part of the research, and athletes and individuals also chosen randomly. The research had been carried through through the application of the questionnaires Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26), Test of Inquiry Bulímica de Edingurgh (BITE), Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ), Scale of Binge eating (ECAP) and one that the author used proper questionnaire. A significant percentage of the samples presented alterations in the alimentary behavior. One concluded that it is excellent factor in the clinical evaluation of the individuals, the application of questionnaires for identification of Alimentary Upheavals, as well as the performance of the team to multidiscipline and intervention of the family in the treatment.
