Efeito da época e do parcelamento de aplicação de molibdênio, via foliar, na qualidade fisiológica das sementes de feijão

This work aimed to study the influence of leaf application time and molybdenum (Mo) dose parceliing on the physiological quality of the bean seeds (Phaseolus vulgaris), of the Meia Noite cultivar, produced in the summer-autumn under the following conditions of Mo application: l) control, without Mo;...

Descrição
Resumo:This work aimed to study the influence of leaf application time and molybdenum (Mo) dose parceliing on the physiological quality of the bean seeds (Phaseolus vulgaris), of the Meia Noite cultivar, produced in the summer-autumn under the following conditions of Mo application: l) control, without Mo; 2) 80 g ha of Mo applied 15 days after emergence (DAE); 3) 40 g ha of Mo applied 15 DAE and 40 g applied 20 DAE; 4) 40 g ha Mo 15 DAE and 40 g ha Mo applied 25 DAE; 5) 40 g ha of Mo 15 DAE and 40 g ha Mo 30 DAE; 6) 80 g ha 20 DAE; 7) 40 g ha of Mo 20 DAE and 40 g ha Mo 25 DAE; 8) 40 g ha Mo 20 DAE and 40 g ha of Mo 30 DAE; 9) 80 g ha Mo 25 DAE; 10) 40 g ha Mo 25 DAE and 40 g ha of Mo 30 DAE. The seeds were submitted to germination and vigor tests. The experiment was arranged in a randomized complete-block design with 10 treatments and 4 replications. No significant effects were found on the data of first counting of the germination test, as well as for the aerial part length test. Germination accelerated aging, electric conductivity and length of the primary root results allowed to conclude that the molybdenam improved the physiological quality of the seeds, and parcelling at 15 and 30 DAE provided the best results.
