| Resumo: | This study aims to map theses and dissertations produced in Brazil from 2009 to 2021 to know the main concepts related to the topic Mathematical Alphabetization and Mathematical Literacy, based on the intellectual structure that emerges from socialized production. We present bibliographical research, whose study was developed through the Social Network Analysis (SNA) methodology. We highlight in our investigation the authors: Magda Soares, Maria da Conceição Fonseca, Ocsana Danyluk, Ole Skovsmose, Paulo Freire and Ubiratan D’Ambrosio. Based on the constructed networks, we present and discuss four theoretical movements concerning the theme: i) Alphabetization and Literacy in the Mother tongue, the beginning of the debate that discusses literacy in the social perspective; ii) Mathematical Alphabetization which discusses mathematical language, emphasizing reading and writing; iii) Numeracy and the relationship between mathematics and social practices, with an element of literacy; iv) Mathematics and the Critical perspective of Mathematics Education. |
