Resumo:In accordance with a brief reference to the theory of Roger Bastide, this article shows that the dissidences between the sociology of Maria Isaura de Queiroz and her master are larger than the convergences. This is made by enphasizing the diferent meanings that the concept of dialetic expresses in the work of the authors.
