Descripción
Sumario:Rice husk ash (CCA) is a residue from agriculture and has been shown as a potential polluter. This article aimed to conduct a study on the application of CCA in the synthesis of catalysts or as catalytic support. For this purpose, the methodology for prospecting carried out in technological perspective, with the search on the site of the INPI and the Orbit® Intelligence System. The technological study revealed that in the place of the INPI no patent was related to the use of CCA as a catalyst. About Orbit® Intelligence database, China stood out as a country with more patent deposits. Were recovered 26 patent families, which noted that the code C01B-039/02 is the main representative. The mapping performed showed that the studies on CCA in synthesis of catalysts and/or catalytic support have grown over the years.
