Descripción
Sumario:This work is review of the literature on remote sensing, with emphasis on the study of vegetation, and discussion of principles, concepts and methods. It delimitates its history within the periods in which photographic systems were used and the evolution and variety of imaging systems. The study describes principles and methods necessary in the correction, treatment, visual interpretation, evaluation of image parameters, and data crossing applied to studies of vegetation indexes (NDVI) and landscapes. The effectiveness of remote sensing via vegetation studies is supported by the results and considerations made by conceptual review, which prioritized research on academic journals.
