Resumo:Great part of the criticism currently made toward the New Technologies of Information and Communication (TIC) aims to censor the significant loss of skills and cultural competencies in the children and teenagers of the new screens. While analyzing the forms of familiarity online, we observe that a great deal of the abilities used in the face to face communication are not necessary in cyber communication, therefore an “emotional ignorance” emerges, which causes social maladjustments, conflicts and different forms of violence and cyber violence.
