| Resumo: | As an instrument of direct democracy, the Public Defensorship of Paraná holds human rights education among its ordinary attributions. This work aims to relate human rights education and effective access to justice. To claim their rights, individuals must primarily overcome the barrier of ignorance to both understand which are their legal rights and learn how to demand them. This study also sought to analyze the performance of the Public Defensoship of Paraná regarding human rights education by verifying the educational projects developed by it and the profile of these projects. |
