| Resumo: | There is a marked inequality in the revenue of the registry offices in the state Minas Gerais, Brazil and, with the exception of guaranteeing a minimum income, they all have the same legal treatment. Therefore, an attempt was made to verify whether, under Brazilian law, there is the possibility of differentiated treatment of Minas Gerais registry offices. From a systematic bibliographic review, it was observed that there is, on the part of the State, an unequal legal treatment for certain social sectors, but there is not an adequate policy for the financially underfunded registry offices. It was concluded that there is a need for a differentiated law regime for low-income registries, applying, by analogies, the legal theories observed in this study, such as the principles of equality, proportionality and contributory capacity, which are applicable to micro and small companies. |
