Descripción
Sumario:This study analyzes and contextualizes scenes of school failure experienced by trans men and women in Basic Education in small towns inside the State of Rio de Janeiro. It is based on discourse analysis and the correlation of bibliographic, documentary and empirical sources, therefore, it has a qualitative perspective of research theoretically anchored in post-critical theories. It was concluded that there are a series of technologies that the school appropriates in order to “normalize” the bodies that escape the cis / heterosexual norm and that, as a result, produce school failure and dropout.
