| Resumo: | This article discusses the importance of interventional research projects and their consequences in Professional Masters in Education, especially in the Graduate Program in Education and Diversity (PPGED), at the State University of Bahia (UNEB), Campus IV, Jacobina, and Campus XIV, Conceição do Coité. In the first moment, the professional master's degrees are situated in their origin and purposes, highlighting the potential of intervention research in the pedagogical practice of Professional Master's in Education (MSEs). Subsequently, the profile of the Professional Master's Degree in Education and Diversity (MPED) at UNEB is presented, characterizing its curricular structure, research groups, areas of knowledge, themes, investigative questions, methods, devices and publications, arising from the concerns of the professional experiences of research professors. Finally, an analysis of a final work of completion of the MPED course is presented, highlighting the interventional research proposal, the Educational Product (PE) and its consequences in the two subsequent post-defense years. |
