Sumario:This article aimed to analyze the work of women during the pandemic. Although attentive to the intersectionalities of race and class, the analysis started from the reality of women who were given the possibility of working from home. The study evaluated data and statistics from official bodies and entities related to the theme, stitching theories and criticisms with Rupi Kaur poetry, Simone de Beauvoir literature, Betty Friedan thoughts and Gloria Steinem analogies, all well-know feminist authors and activists. The the objective was to hightlight the gender inequallity that was deepened by the pandemic crisis, in order to highlight the importance of a cultural change, as well as the relevance of public policies thought from the reality of women so that it´s possible to effectively speak about gender equality.
