| Sumario: | This monograph deals with how social assistants that recognize themselves as professionals of experience settle dialogs with inclinations with a mixing of theory and methodology. The research has been realized with social assistants who work at the West Paulista Region in Sao Paulo and recognize themselves as professionals of experience. There have been two phases: the first one by sending a questionnaire filled with closed and opened questions based on the professional academic formation and professional exercise by those social assistants. The second one by collecting some recorded and written interviews with seventeen different people. Based upon a social research which ways of the information has happened by a quality boarding, it has been possible to identify and analyze that the construction of the dialog necessarily goes along by the comprehension which those people have in the meaning of know lodging in their professional exercise. This construction also has a relation itself in the way social assistants recognize the job they have been developing, social conditions which the Social Service materializes and concretes as a profession inserted into the social-techniques of the job. I has been possible to identify the great quantity of knowledge which the social assistant give away to operate the professional exercise. It has been clear that the construction of the dialogs with inclination into the mixing of theory and methodology is a continuous and permanent feature and along of the years it won t be the same and uniform for everyone. People reveal that the complexity of the social relationships is at the present time and it is constituted of the social assistant professional exercise. By recognizing the limits and possibilities of the professional exercise the social assistants also make sure the complexity and contradictions of the professional exercises nowadays |
