| Sumario: | This article raises remarks on “Democracy”, main issue to Marxists in the XIXth century. The proposed approach aims, in a way, to draw the Capital influence on local (municipalities) democratic structures and, in other hand, to investigate the concept of Democracy under a historical materialism framework. Our analysis does not deal only with the changes applied on democratic relations by the Capital's dynamic, but also, in a dialetic view, it focus the conflicts and contraditions of development of capitalist societies as the core of our reflections. Thus, we propose to understand the incompatibility of Democracy in capitalist societies articulating the critics to the capital’s dynamic through the experience of a new democratic form in the city ou Fortaleza/CE, the relation between the execution of the Participatory Budget with the place of work. |
