| Resumo: | This theoretical essay of a bibliographic analysis deals with the continuing educationof teachers for Youth and Adult Education (EJA). It presents reflections on teachertraining and pedagogical praxis for EJA teachers, in a humanizing and liberatingperspective of education. In this sense, it was found that: 1) the continuing training ofteachers should take place in the school space, guided by realities and having, by partof the academy and other trainers, the recognition of teaching knowledge in acontinuous and formative dialogue with those who do education on the school floor 2)The continuing education of teachers, especially for the EJA teacher and his/herpedagocial praxis, should involve the research/intervention of (and in) the complexreality of the school life, focusing on the political commitment, ethical and moral values,and favoring the integral development of this professional. |
