| Resumo: | The present work aims to present the temporal analysis of the flow and rain records, for a sample section of the Claro river, located in the municipality of Guarda-Mor, northwest region of Minas Gerais. The monitoring point is located in a conflict area due to the fact that the demand for the use of surface water resources is higher than the grantable limit. The legal provision that provides for the process of collective granting and the negotiated allocation, requires knowledge about the hydrological behavior of the watercourse flows. Thus, fluviometric and rainfall data provided by HidroWeb, which make up the National System of Information on Water Resources (SNIRH-ANA), are commonly used. In this specific study, despite the existence of a pluviometric station adjacent to the reference fluviometric station, it was not possible to use its data immediately, given the failures found in the daily rainfall records, making it necessary to resort to statistical methods of correlation and regression analysis among the most distant stations, in order to qualify the rainfall data of these, and enable the application of the information in the rain-runoff analyses. In this sense, this work also aims to present the process of describing and testing the significance of the relations among the aforementioned ordered pairs of precipitation. |
