| Sumario: | This paper presents the movements and understandings of so much information and suspension of this information during a serious pandemic and in the face of a clamor for news and safe information sought by a very insecure population. This research is based on Roland Barthes, Jacques Derrida, Felix Guatarri, Gilles Deleuze, and Maurice Merleau-Ponty. The doctrinal foundations will also be presented about the omissions and how they clash with the rights provided and founded in the Brazilian legal system based on the Federal Constitution, the Access to Information Law (Law # 12.527 of 11-18-2011), in Pact of São José da Costa Rica (decree # 678 of 11-6-1992), when dealing with the exercise of press freedom as a primary and priority function. |
