| Sumario: | This text describes the “Open Doors” event and its contribution to the teaching, learning and extension process. This experience was undergone by teachers and students of the technical course in Business Administration of the ETEC Lauro Gomes – Extension Tereza Delta, São Bernardo do Campo-SP, Brazil, in the first half of 2017. The objective of the event was to present in a dynamic and interactive community a professional public education, especially a Business Administration course offered by the School. They were presented as: mini lectures, exhibition of interdisciplinary projects, conclusion of course work and CV workshops. This project contributed to deepen students' knowledge about areas of management, development of teamwork practices, as well as an opportunity for public disclosure such as activities developed for ETEC Lauro Gomes – Extension Tereza Delta. The results show that the event enabled the development of skills and abilities, which are relevant to the training of students in the technical course of Administration; it also created a synergic environment for the exchange of experiences among students, teachers and the target audience of the event; it promoted a diffusion of the culture of entrepreneurship, innovation and best practices of positioning in the labor market. |
