Descrição
Resumo:Aiming to carry out a balance of the formulations built in the Thematic Group (GT) of “Law and Marxism”, of the Institute of Research, Rights and Social Movements (IPDMS), in the ten years of it, this article lists its main activities, as well as reports the conclusions present in the theoretical production of two of the authors that are, since the beginning, part of that group. Among these conclusions, there is the rescue of the revolutionary Soviet legal debate, to propose a Marxist critique of Law with a structural and anti-normativist perspective, in addition to a projection of insurgent legal praxis, to place the debate within the Latin American popular struggles. Thus, it seeks to characterize the limits of scope of such proposals as the catastrophic balance of Brazilian legal critique, located in a garden suspended between two skies.
