| Sumario: | rks are real estate spaces that articulate activities between government, academia and enterprises to promote not onlyspreading of knowledge but also regional and national competitivenessby processes, products and services. Despite the great deal of discussion about such parks, there are still very few studies that deal with analyzing themwithin the context of Latin America.Thus, a multiple case studywasconductedto analyze and compare qualitatively eightparks inthat geographical region. Based on the concept of innovation habitats, key conditioning points were identified that are incorporatedinto the property management oftheparks. The study presented the macro-and microenvironmentsthat influence the sustainability of those initiatives, whichallowed formulating recommendations to make cooperation and integration of those key points viable in actual technology generation and transferby Latin American parks. |
