| Sumario: | The Pyoderma Gangrenosum is a rare neutrophilic inflammatory dermatose, of an unknown ethiology, associated to systemics ilnesses in 50% of the cases. In this paper, we do a brief revision of this disturb, showing its repercussions in Plastic Surgery. A case of a 40 years old patient, submitted to a reduction mammaplasty and an abdominoplasty, presenting typical injuries of PG in the surgeries scars in the 6th postoperative day and excellent response to the clinical therapeutic, is related. We also discuss the ilness clinical types, the diagnostic bases and the current available treatment. |
