| Resumo: | This article aims to discuss quilombola school education in the state of Amapá: from intentions to the portrait of reality. This is the final result of one of the chapters of an ethnographic study of a qualitative nature that adopted bibliographic research, documentary analysis and semi-structured interview as a form of investigation. The results indicate that education for ethnic-racial relations, especially quilombola school education in Amapá, is proceeding in very slow steps, since it usually presents punctual and fragmented actions, without articulation with the local reality of each quilombola community, and many sometimes when it is presented in a generic and superficial way. The results also point to a shortage of qualified professionals with a lack of experience in the quilombola area. In addition, the implementation of most educational policies for the realization of education for ethnic-racial relations has been only on paper, that is, in official discourse and documents, since in practice this has not actually taken place and right. |
