| Resumo: | The aim of this study is to discuss the historical relationship between work and education. It is based on the analysis of workers formation and qualification in Monte Carmelo Ceramic Industry from 1970 to 2009. It is a survey on the Ceramic Industry History and its importance to the region. Taking as reference the analysis dialectic categories, it rescues some aspects of Production Capitalist System and discusses the work sale process as well the education role on it. What is discussed are the expressed contradictions on possibilities and limits of school institution in this process. |
