| Sumario: | The present study aimed to identify the main causes of evasion in higher education institutions and to elaborate a satisfaction scale for graduation students. A questionnaire was applied to 498 respondents belonging to the student body, selected by the criterion of accessibility. The constructed scale was submitted to factorial analysis, resulting in a structure composed of 68 items distributed in five factors: F1 - professor, F2 - pedagogical project, F3 - infrastructure, F4 - physical security, and F5 - student support. All factors presented high internal consistency and logistic regression analysis indicated that the explanatory variables contributed significantly to predict the occurrence of evasion. The results found offer a scale to evaluate the perception of satisfaction with the institution and allow establishing strategies in relation to the students with risk of evasion. |
