Sumario:Accreditation is present in several Higher Education systems in the world, this evaluation process arises due to the concern with the quality of teaching and, consequently, with the training of students who attend courses offered by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). It is possible to observe that discussions on the theme of accreditation have had repercussions in Europe and the United States (USA), remembering that the creation of this ideal arose from the Bologna Declaration (1999) that determined the standardization of Higher Education, with regard to curricula , as a way to guarantee the quality of teaching. (POLIDORI, CARVALHO, 2016).
