| Sumario: | This article is the result of an ethnography conducted in classes of beneficiaries ProJovem Adolescente, located in the Alto das Pombas, popular neighborhood of Salvador. My goal is to investigate the relationship between the implementation of public policies and personal history of certain actors. Therefore, great emphasis will be given to circuit relations established by the program, namely, its insertion in the neighborhood, relations with family, with public institutions and local authorities. This study aims to establish an alternative approach to the analysis based on the effectiveness and/or efficiency of public policies, interested in knowing how individuals produce, reproduce and reframe state production. In conclusion, I point to the importance of analyzing the trajectory of individuals and social networks if you want to understand the plots that emerge during the process of implementation of a given policy. |
