Sumario:This paper investigates the issue of education, associating it with the idea of training the young Nietzsche's works, especially in Third Untimely Meditations entitled Schopenhauer as Educator. From the third Untimely Meditations, it is interested in showing how Nietzsche - within the context that it was so peculiar critic of modern culture - understands and develops the concept of formation (Bildung) of individuals, how the philosopher relates to the ideal of excellence (perfectionism), reinforcing, above all, the strategic role of philosophy and exemplary of the superior men in all that refers to the intellectual and moral education of individuals.
