Resumo:This case addresses the obstacles experienced by Mirella, leader in a residents association who explored a creation of Digital participatory budgeting (DPB) in the municipality of Campo Alegre. In an attempt to mitigate conflicts and face the challenge of expressing how important the processes of democratic participation are, the leader finds herself in a circumstance that mutual cooperation appears to be the solution. This case is indicated for undergraduate and graduate courses in the area of Public Administration.
