Sumario:The aim is to talk about the prohibition of the wearing of masks in peaceful manifestations. The freedom of the manifestation of thoughts and the manifestation of meeting are fundamental rights foreseen in the 5th article from the text of the Constitution from 1988. The prohibitions are capable of contradicting these fundamental rights. On the other hand, there is in the constitutional device of the freedom of the manifestation of thought the prohibition of anonymity. The research will approach the constitutional limit of the freedom of manifestation of thought and its relation with the freedom of meeting.
