| Resumo: | This article presents the management forms, mainly, university management in a multiple units within a single university in different cities (multicampi) reality. Thus, initially, it was discussed the forms of management, especially linked to the management of higher educa-tion. Next, the conceptual structure of a multicampi university and its peculiarities was out-lined. In the case, a documentary research was done of the Federal University of the Pam-pa by virtue of its differentiated organization. In this context, size and spatial dispersion factors make the organizational structure complex because it involves the number of cam-puses as well as the spatially separated places and the amount of personnel needed to de-velop their activities. |
