For this purpose, thinkers who influenced the construction of Freirean thought are revisited, such as Martin Heidegger, Karl Jaspers, and Álvaro Vieira Pinto, particularly regarding notions such as representation, limit-situation, and limit-act, which are fundamental to the relationship in question. Based on the aporias present in this relationship, it was possible to update the issue by approaching thinkers such as Roland Barthes, Alain Badiou, and Ernesto Laclau, especially concerning the understanding of truth in the word as a rupture of the limits of representation of our reality.A través de una interpretación performativa de las obras Pedagogia do oprimido y Pedagogia da Autonomia, de Paulo Freire, este estudio teórico tiene como objetivo problematizar la relación entre la palabra, la realidad y la ideología, teniendo en cuenta la presentación de esta última al mismo tiempo como una falsa conciencia de la realidad y como una cosmovisión de un pueblo. Para ello, se retoma a pensadores que influyeron en la construcción del pensamiento de Freire, como Martín Heidegger, Karl Jaspers y Álvaro Vieira Pinto, especialmente en lo que se refiere a nociones como representación, situación límite y acto límite, fundamentales para la relación en cuestión. A partir de las aporías presentes en él, fue posible actualizar el problema acercándose a pensadores como Roland Barthes, Alain Badiou y Ernesto Laclau, especialmente en lo que se refiere a la comprensión de la verdad en las palabras como ruptura de los límites de representación de nuestra realidad.Por meio de uma interpretação performativa das obras Pedagogia do oprimido e Pedagogia da autonomia, de Paulo Freire, o presente estudo teórico visou problematizar a relação entre palavra, realidade e ideologia, tendo em vista a apresentação desta última ao mesmo tempo como falsa consciência da realidade e como visão de mundo de um povo. Para tanto, foram retomados pensadores que influíram na construção do pensamento freireano, como Martin Heidegger, Karl Jaspers e Álvaro Vieira Pinto, sobretudo no que concerne a noções como representação, situação-limite e ato-limite, fundamentais para a relação em questão.
