| Sumario: | Brazilian lithic industries that present bifacial points in their assemblages have been associated to a cultural unity named Umbu Tradition. However, technological studies are still scarce, and it makes difficult to test this cultural unity validity using this approach. This article presents the technological study of Santa Cruz site, located at Monte Mor, São Paulo State, Brazil. We aim to provide a complete description for this industry at stablishing a technological pattern, and provide one more data source for Umbu tradition associated sites. |
