Descrição
Resumo:This paper proposes to create a theory of cyberculture as technologic imaginary. It aims to investigate how the cyberculture constitutes itself in a coherent world view, describing some of the main cultural representations that have been surrounding the digital technologies. At the same time, it suggests the constitution of a theory of cyberculture based in three episthemological processes: I) analysis of the links between materialities and technological imaginaries, II) archeology of the media and III) adoption of a “culturalist” view.
