| Resumo: | This work brings to Porto Alegre in the period 1928 to 1935, with their specific transformations that led to evictions and to each other. The goal is to expose the daily life of people through the claims, needs and suggestions that stamped the section Complaints and Claims during the process of urbanization, land subdivision and beautification of the area of urbs. The newspapers surveyed had sometimes linearity in the publication of this column, but there are differences in their journalistic and editorial lines. That is, in general, do not change themes among themselves, are only sometimes evidence in composition and exposure of these complaints. The universe complaints totaled 2,494, which analyzed 599, corresponding to the newspaper Correio do Povo, through the columns Caixa Urbana, Microscopio and As Queixas do Público and, 1,895 of Diário de Notícias, with sections A Cidade, O Publico Reclama, Ecos & Notas, Pontos de Vista, Queixas e Reclamações, Crônica do Dia and Carta á Direção. The plaintiffs are residents or bystanders exposed to the actions of everyday life, victims of poor public services, businesses or companies, as well as other individuals who had no other communication channel to express their grievances in cases of omission or will these agents. The print media had a substantial weight, since their leaves in the city narratives take shape. Feeding on the substrate of the occurrence, whether public or private, she narrates in his lines, a kind of reality from texts and images, causing practices and representations that unfold into new realities. History and Communication guarding each their specificities, their methods and their techniques, which are used in the analysis of various forms of discourse, in counterpart, the focus remains the same for both, human actions and events involved in them. |
