| Sumario: | Much has been discussed about the importance of state intervention through public policies and its relevance in the unequal scenario in neo-liberal countries in times of crisis. Wide-open disparities, the covid-19 pandemic presents itself as a true face of the inefficiency of the neoliberal system, despite the subordination of lives in favor of financial capital. It is through an analysis in the light of the philosopher Achille Mbembe and his studies on Foacoultian theories that we go over the influence of the memory of discourse when promoted by authorities and its influences on the existence of the necropolitics. As an object, we seek to understand the roots of necropolitics as a management system and its degree of influence, investigating the profile of the reals affected, in addition to analyzing how the covid-19 pandemic shows speeches based on the Mbembe concept. The method of approach chosen for the production of scientific research was deductive and the method of procedure, historical, with methodological assistance from the political analysis of the speeches. The article has an applied nature, as its level of depth is explanatory, anchored by the technique of bibliographic research with regard to the theoretical foundation. It was concluded that the speech, consists of an important apparatus to legitimize the will of the State, thus fomenting necropolitics. |
