In order to bring up a concrete figure of these effects and unveil this nexus, Marx quotes a long passage of Shakespeare’s Timon of Athens. Marx’s incorporation of the play discloses his interest in the way social forms affect subjectivity, human personality, and interpersonal relations. It also contributes to the idea that getting our sensibility back to ourselves is a revolutionary goal, maybe the final end of emancipation.Este artículo se vuelve al cuaderno titulado “Dinero” de los Manuscritos económico-filosóficos de 1844, de Marx, en que se abordan las consecuencias perniciosas del nexo del dinero para la formación de la sensibilidad. A fin de concretar estos efectos y elucidar ese nexo, Marx cita un largo pasaje del Timon de Atenas, de Shakespeare. La apropiación de Marx de esa pieza evidencia su interés en el modo como conformaciones sociales afectan la subjetividad, la personalidad humana y las relaciones interpersonales; y como la reanudación de la sensibilidad hacia nosotros constituye una finalidad revolucionaria para Marx, tal vez el fin último de la emancipación.Este artigo se volta ao caderno intitulado “Dinheiro” dos Manuscritos econômico-filosóficos de 1844, de Marx, em que se abordam as consequências perniciosas do nexo do dinheiro para a formação da sensibilidade. A fim de concretizar esses efeitos e elucidar esse nexo, Marx cita uma longa passagem do Tímon de Atenas, de Shakespeare.
