Resumo:The Brazilian Law establishes in the Federal Constitution of 1988 the freedom of association and the syndical unicity. The new constitutional rules demands analysis of lots of subjects related to dimensions of freedom of association, such as freedom of organisation. The study of workers aggregation standards in a union consider the possibilities of reunion of a group to the creation of a syndical entity. Between this standards, we points to the enterprise union. In this way, this article will analysis enterprise union, the views of doctrine about this kind of workers organisation and if the Brazilian Law admites the foundation of enterprise union.
