| Sumario: | This research note on the dissertation still under construction called "Archaeology and Territorial Law: A study in Quilombo Barro Preto, Jequié, Bahia", deals with the methodological strategies adopted from the recognition of the viral hecatomb as an agent of intervention in archaeological work and the updating of archaeological work from the Legislative Decree No. 6 of 2020 and the State Decree No. 19.529 of 2020. To this end, it understands health not as an object, but as a structural way of thinking and interacting with the field in traditional communities. |
