For the proposed analysis, from the deductive method, after a brief historical foreshortening on the theories that guide civil responsibility and a succinct outlining of the elements that compose subjective responsibility and objective responsibility, the theme under discussion will be analyzed focusing on the main precedents of Brazilian jurisprudence to finally conclude the discussion on the relevance of the institute do Brazilian Civil Law. |
