| Resumo: | The objective of this text is to explain the debate about Hegel’s critic to Kant’s moral theory just as it is formulated in §135 of Elements of the Philosophy of Right. Different interpretations regarding the critic to the vacuity of the categorical imperative and the possible Kantian answers are showed. Developing the points related to this critic, it is sustained that it is not only a punctual dispute that can be read independently of a systematic panorama. This text will defend that the debate is a consequence of different systematic presuppositions. |
