| Resumo: | The aim of this study is to model a system that represents the service process in a real estate company, obtaining its Lead Time, evaluating and measuring the capacity of the company. The choice of the theme is justified by the fact that the real estate is losing one of its differentials, which is the agility and excellence of customer service. The study is also justified considering the low number of simulation studies in service environments. The research method used was modeling and simulation, aided by the IDEF-Sim tool for process mapping and ProModel® software for computational modeling. Based on the data collected, four scenarios were created and comparisons were made to identify the best way to achieve the proposed objectives. After analysis, it was concluded that the second scenario would be more suitable for the company, since an employee who was idle, was relocated to the company reception, reducing the Service Lead Time in more than three minutes (16% of the total time). |
