Descripción
Sumario:This article presents the results of a study aimed at analyzing how women digital influencers reconcile work and personal life. As for the method, a qualitative research was carried out with 20 women influencers who work on something essentially new, based on digital platforms. The data obtained reveal that there is a mix between two areas of women's lives, work and leisure, and the work-family conflict is more evident in the case of influencers. This study advances, then, by highlighting this intersection between work and leisure, which become a single dimension in the lives of the women interviewed.
