Depois, analisamos as problemáticas acerca da criação de alas específicas dentro dos presídios masculinos para a comunidade LGBTI+, bem como discutimos acerca da possibilidade de transferência de mulheres trans para presídios femininos como alternativa para resolução do problema de constante violência que atinge particularmente as mulheres trans.
