Sumario:This paper presents the conditions of psychological care performed in remote modality (or telepsychology modality) for elderly patients who tested positive for COVID-19 in the city of Alto Alegre/RR, using Psychological Counseling to know the desires of this public, considering their health condition and formal education level. Many authors confirm the need for more specialized attention to these people, pointing mainly to the social role of the elderly and the importance of the family. The role of the psychological professional that can happen through clinical care is to improve the quality of life of this individual, rescue his life history within the context in which he finds himself, and delimits project goals for his future. It is essential to get to know the elderly group to improve the treatments already provided to this population, which has been gradually growing both in quantity and life. Furthermore, the pandemic was desolate in many ways, thus significantly impairing their emotional and physical health and quality of life. The research results show evidence that the telepsychology service offered was satisfactory with the sample of illiterate elderly participants, as it brought them closer to the professional capable of adjusting the expectations that generate anguish and seeking solutions to their reality
