Resumo:The present paper seeks to analyze the constitutional and pedagogical principles of academic or teaching freedom and university autonomy before the bill designed by the movement “SchoolWithout Party". After promoting the study of the legal-pedagogical content of these principles, it is possible to conclude that the freedom of education limitation defended is unconstitutional. But this does not prevent from conforming the educational planning in order for the University to propagatean epistemologically full and scientifically ethical knowledge, without the educator conceals, in a deliberate and ideological form, part of the studied scientific object.
